Possibly because they own over 40 buildings. Building was arsoned three times resulting in the death of one tenant, mgmt very hostile about this, just sent notice to all tenants saying "fire is no reason to miss rent on 1st of the month so make sure it is on time". Rent constantly raised $50 a year, once $100 in one year.
