Cons:-The apartments were in bad shape - mine was missing most of the window screens, had stained and cigarette burnt carpeting, had sagging kitchen cabinets and the closet doors had holes in them.-You cannot get a cable hook-up, only Satellite.-The parking lot was rarely plowed in winter, and when it was most cars were parking in.-The neighborhood was very, very unsafe.-The air conditioner did not even come close to cooling the apartment.-There is no elevator.-There was no storage space provided.
