Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  7/21/04      Rate This Apartment     The neighborhood is quite unsafe.I often had beggers or suspecious people trying to sneak in to the apartment.The rent is nice and cheap though.The staff is a bit shady.A few of the tennents have had some odd run-ins with the maintenance workers.The floors were nice and redone.The managament tended to be late with bills, notices, etc.The indoor parking is nice, but the stalls are pretty cramped.
