The landlord is great about fixing things as soon as possible and is a great guy.The neighborhood is very quite, not a lot of noise.I find this place the best place i have lived in minneapolis!Plus you get a parking spot for your car for free in the lot in the back.Space is a little limited on the street for guests, but it is not bad.
