Stonearch Apartments is a great place to live.....if you're a wahoo college student or in need of low income housing. This place will really trick you into thinking you leased a nice place. That is, until the first Wednesday night rolls around and you're woken out of a dead sleep by the noises of drunk state school kids pulling doughnuts in their Monte Carlo in the front parking lot at 2:30 am.

They may have sound proofed the walls. But did they ever think of adding a little insulation between the floors? My light fixtures literally SHAKE everytime the people upstairs are home.

Also, good luck trying to keep up on all of the utilities. We receive approximately 27,000 different utility bills---electricity, phone, gas, internet, water, trash, sewage....SEWAGE?Are you serious?Has anyone else heard of an apartment complex where you receive a bill for SEWAGE every month? That's absurd.

It's a shame. The developer made some really good choices when building the place--beautiful bathrooms with pedestal sinks, cool industrial light fixtures, exposed ducts, etc.But then management took over and started renting the place out as if it WANTED it to be trashed.Approximately 25% of the apartments are designated low income housing (which EXCLUDES students).Of the remaining 75%, about 70% are college kids that leave beer cans in the hall on Tuesday night, and banana peels on the railing on Thursday afternoon. Then management expects the remaining 5% of working professionals (who actually pay the full $1400/month, and without mommy and daddy's help) to supplement the disgusting, reviled lifestyles of a bunch of irresponsible, over-partied college kids.
