I rented 2 different apartments. The north half of the building contains redone, more modern apartments, the south half are older, more classic apartments. There are many different floorplans to choose from.Lisa, the manager was always great. I had very few problems when I lived here. Parking is additional, and the only problem was in the winter they would pile snow in one of the spots, so if you were the last one home, you didn't get a spot even though you had paid for it. Parking in the neighborhood is kind of tough as well, but that is just living downtown.Maintenance people were always quick and helpful, I felt safe in the neighborhood and if I ever move back to Minnesota I would definitely consider moving back into The Buckingham.
