	University Village - U Housing 2601 University Ave Minneapolis,  Mn 55414 Rating Recommend:    Yes Overall Rating:  4.0 Security:  4.0 Parking:  4.0 Appearance:  2.0 Management:  2.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   4.0 Noise:  4.0		Review Title:  Great Place - Messy Move-in Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  3/31/03      Rate This Apartment     Half of this complex is University housing (my half).It's a nice place, and includes all amenities.We have a washer/dryer, full kitchen, and even some basic living room furniture.However, the apartment was *VERY* messy when I moved in.Look at the place before you sign the lease (in other words, don't arrive at 9pm, tired and desperate for a bed!).If it's not clean enough for you, request that it be cleaned before you move in.
