This place is a hole! The rent is high, the apartments are small, and nothing ever gets fixed. The people at the leasing office do not care about their residents. They actually told me that this is a business, and they are in it to make a profit, not to be friendly. AVOID ALL OF UPI'S BUILDINGS!!!!
