Apartment Review for 200 West Apartments - Minneapolis, MN

1. Safety - Pretty good safety conditions such as key locked front entrance and automatic garage door opener. There are cameras in the garage and entrance that are monitored daily. 2. Parking - Heated garage for $40 per month, it's excellent for the cold Minnesota winters and also nice in the summertime too. There is also plenty of off street parking available. 3. Appearance - Very nice area, plenty of trees, shrubs, and the overall appearance is nice. The back yard is huge and gives plenty of room for kids to run around and to have picnics and outdoor parties, etc. 4. Office Staff - Always have been polite, accommodating, and helpful. They never gave my wife and I any attitude or problems at all. 5. Maintenance - The maintenance people are all very nice, but it always seemed to take a while for anything to get done, which I think is pretty standard whenever you rent. We sometimes had to submit several maintenance tickets before something was fixed. On the bright side, there was never any serious maintenance problem. 6. Condition of Unit - All appliances were in excellent condition, the carpet was pretty nice, and everything else was in above standard condition. 7. Noise Level - This is a very quiet building and the community is great. The people here are respectful, polite, and courteous. I personally never had to complain about any tenant. 8. Overall Rating - This is a great place to live. All around, this is a great value for all that you get.
