Oh my god! If you want some where cheap to live in a good neighborhood this is the place. Unfortunately; leave your personal safety at the door, any expectations you may have had about living in the city, and a management that has no clue or respect for human beings.... all they see is dollar signs....

If your a drug user, drug dealer, or drug maker, this is the place for you!

If you don't care about cleanliness, working elevators, amenities being taken away, or needing to care pepper spray- this is the building for you!

If you want to live in fear and save some money, this is the building for you.

I'm so glad I'm gone... I learned so much! Never rent from UPI.....
