Apartment Review for 316 On The Park Upi - Minneapolis, MN

I have been with UPI for over 5 years, and the only reason I have continued to give them my business is because of the fact that I cannot afford to loose my security deposit. You would think that being a consistent and reliable renter would allow me "respectable" treatment, however, I have found the opposite to be the case. Work requests are handled in a ridiculously long amount of time. I had a clogged sink that took over 2 weeks to get fixed...and when the maintenance guy actually came he tracked mud all over my floors. The buildings are NEVER quiet, even though all the rental staff insists that the complexes are completely "sound proof." If you want to live in a building where you can hear your neighbors doing their "business" in the bathroom then rent from UPI. I'd write more...but you get the idea.
