Apartment Review for 316 On The Park Upi - Minneapolis, MN

I'm a responsible person--I pay my rent on time, am respectful of the property, and have been an all-around good tenant.

With that said, I have been treated HORRIBLY by the management here. I initially moved in because of the unbelievably low rent for the great location. Nevertheless, my best friend who moved out a few months ago received only $45 back from her deposit of $575--and I was with her when she cleaned the place SPOTLESS.

It's now October 16th and it's been in the 30s/40s for the last week. We still do not have heat. And the opposite is true of summer--when I moved in last October, I notified the office manager that my ceiling fan was broken. After 8 months of inaction, I finally fixed it myself in 15 minutes for $6.

This place is horribly managed by horrible people. Please, take your money next door. They seem to have nice units.
