Apartment Review for 316 On The Park Upi - Minneapolis, MN

I do not live at 316 onthe Park, but I live at an apartment on 27th and dupont whic is managed by UPI. Like everyone else said they are the worst rental property!!! *The day I moved in, a fuse blew and my heat and electricity was shut off for over 24 hours (10 degree weather) *They go in your apartment for "maintenance" whenever with no notice and leave your apartment trashed. *Hallway lights have been out for over 2 weeks. *Front door is broken so it doesnt close, on my 21st birthday I got home and less than 10 minutes later someone from the bar was at my APARTMENT door pounding on it (he got in cause the broken front door, scary as hell) *Have had 2 water shut off notices because landlords are not paying water bill *broken thermostat *no screens on window *BROKEN WINDOW HAS HUGE GAP INFRAME!!! 3 inches tall and half an inch wide, i can stick part of my hand through it and they said they cant fix it. theres no screen and a hole in the window and they cant fix it!!! I had to put plastic covering on my inside bedroom window because its been so cold and spiders, bugs, etc... *only half my stove works (2 burners are out)

I could go on about this building and how horrible this managment company is, PLEASE DONT RENT FROM THEM!!!
