Apartment Review for 316 On The Park Upi - Minneapolis, MN

I lived at this building before and after it was sold. The building got worse and worse every year until I could not longer take it. Many people fled-especially community and civic minded folk-the type of people you want to be your neighbors. The rent went up and the sense of danger went up as well. It's the worst building on the block...could be an excellent property given the location and the view of downtown Minneapolis and connection to Loring Park.
