Not only did they sieze my entire security deposit, they also sent me a bill for over $400 dollars after I moved out, taking the total after move-out loss to over $1,000. Not only is this building a crap-hole while you live in it, they SCREW YOU OVER after you move out. They shouldn't call it a security deposit, it should be called a "extra high fee for moving in"

Oh, we haven't dealt with the fact that the building is always in horrible disrepair, and at least once a homeless man tried to break into my apartment.
