Apartment Review for Filister Enterprises - Minneapolis, MN

Don't let the low rent and spacious rooms fool you. This place has it all! Poor plumbing, water shut off once a month or more for maintenance. High crime rate, my car has been broken into twice (see the city of Fridleys police reports of this area) Lots of burn out lights adorn parking lot, creating a haven for crime. I have asked to have them fixed on more than one occasion. Roof leaked, had to wait almost 3 weeks before clean up. And the biggest turn off of all is, the building owner has no manners, he treats his staff like crap, and has no professionalism in office dealings. Its no wonder things here take forever to get done.
