Apartment Review for Filister Enterprises - Minneapolis, MN

My husband and I have lived in Georgetown on the River for six months, and we couldn't be more disappointed. All our neighbors have domestic fights regularly, and our one neighbors even had a knife fight and weren't kicked out of the apartment. There's never enough parking spots. This forces you to park in the poorly lit back. The management and maintenance is rude, slow, and a pitiful excuse for staff. This place advertises having it all, but in reality it is a dump. I decided to sublease my apartment because of all of this, and they charged a $400 processing fee!! Not to mention Harvey Filister...I called Harvey (the owner of Filister Enterprises), and we flat-out insulted my intelligence. He called the residences liars, and that our maintenance requests were false. This explained why it took months for them to fix anything..... Save yourself the hassle...find a different place to live!!!!!
