Apartment Review for Filister Enterprises - Minneapolis, MN

I live in one of Filister's buildings in Uptown-its gorgeous. The building is 100+ years old and it has the charming ambience of a gracious old building. The common areas are clean, Kay, the manager is great and the maintenance staff have been ewfficient and courteous. My experience is nothing like that articulated by the other reviewers; I lived in another Filister building over 15 years ago and when I decided to rent again, I came back to them; I've also referred friends and family to them with great results. I am very happy with my apartment and with service I receive from the company.
