Apartment Review for Autumn Woods Of St Anthony - Minneapolis, MN

I lived at Autumn Woods for 20 months. I planned to move after one year, but heard how they were on returning the deposit. I finally moved out and realized how bad they were. I have lived all across the country (10 different apartments) and never once lost a deposit nor had to pay for the cleaning of the carpet- which was always a included expense in rent. At Autumn Woods anything that has monetary implications be prepared to lose. Whether it is parking, rent referral, etc they are cheap. It is a nice, but expensive place to live, but there are better places for the money and hassle. I lived there for two years and paid over $20,000 in rent and had to pay for carpet cleaning.
