Apartment Review for B T & A Construction Co - Minneapolis, MN

THe problem with BT & A is the fact that they do not have good caretakers at all of their properties. It seems the property manager is friends with the caretaker so the caretaker can get away with smoking in the hallways, laundry room and have partys in the hallways and on the rooftop of the apartment. The caretaker also rarely cleans the windows, vacumes the halls, shovels when it snows. It seems that most of the employees of BT & A are friends and that they rather lose tenants than get a new caretaker. The turn over rate in my apartment building alone has been drastic in the 2 years i have lived there there has been at least 10 move in's and outs. And everyone that has moved has said it was due to the caretaker.
