Apartment Review for B T & A Construction Co - Minneapolis, MN

This may look like an OK apartment from the outside - Stanley Terrace apartments was a horrible place to live. The property managers took over a week to submit any work order - then it was days longer until the problem was actually fixed. On my move-in date, the apartment was not cleaned, the covers to the outlets weren't even on the walls, they hadn't installed things such as a ceiling fan, which they promised prior to move in. In addition to the horrible, rude management, the apartment building was not noise proof at all. Everyday, all day long, you could hear the conversations, footsteps, screaming and crying from the people above me. There was such little installation in the walls that on several occasions you could hear intimate noises from the bedrooms next door and music/TV noises from the apartments above and below. This is the worst experience I have ever had in an apartment building. I would not wish this apartment on my worst enemy.
