Apartment Review for Best Apartments - Minneapolis, MN

I lived at these apartments and had nothing but bad experiences with the manager (if I could ever get ahold of him or get a call back). It's rare that somebody ever answers the phone or is actually there, but the worst part is that when you leave a message, nobody ever calls you back! What a horrible way to run a business! I was very angry when I was moving out because I kept calling to schedule a walk-through but nobody called me back. So, after spending a couple days cleaning the apartment until it was in perfect condition, I turned in my keys in the mailbox because, guess what... nobody was there. I called to make sure they got the keys... no response. I called to make sure they had my forwarding address to send back my security deposit... no response. When I finally got my check, they had subtracted a large amount for "cleaning". What a lie! This place is run by a scammer! Do not rent here unless you have nowhere else to go.
