I lived there for 2 years, and the onsite management office is the worst. Absolutely the worst. If you are going for an apartment here, you can and will get a rent reduction off their asking rent. Don't let them play hard ball. They are pathetic. $1675 (+) for some 1 bedroom apartments. This is Mineapolis, not New York or Chicago.  Need to rent an apartment?
