Apartment Review for Cedars-94 - Minneapolis, MN

I'm one of the resident at cedars94 right now.I've moved here for 5 months. At first, my husband noticed that one of the office gal had a pepper spray included in her key chain! but we totally forgot that incident . This apartment is crap! It sits on a very high crime rate area with plenty of homeless and poor somalian immigrants (not all immigrants are bad but this area they definitely are). recently, someone broke into our room by balcony doors and stole our stuffs. I talked to my neighbors and one of our maintenance guy, they said they loss many stuffs in their cars that parked in the underground parking too! eww... Thus, I'm moving out as soon as the contract expire.
