Apartment Review for Charlestown Estates - Minneapolis, MN

Pros: -The apartments were very large and spacious. -The rent was resonable for the size of the apartments. -There is free off-street parking for one car per apartment. -Some apartments allowed pets. -Some apartments had balconies. -Rent was not due until the 5th of the month. -Maintenance of any problems was done very promptly. Cons: -The apartments were in bad shape - mine was missing most of the window screens, had stained and cigarette burnt carpeting, had sagging kitchen cabinets and the closet doors had holes in them. -You cannot get a cable hook-up, only Satellite. -The parking lot was rarely plowed in winter, and when it was most cars were parking in. -The neighborhood was very, very unsafe. -The air conditioner did not even come close to cooling the apartment. -There is no elevator. -There was no storage space provided.
