Apartment Review for Chrisland Propertise - Minneapolis, MN

Noisy--because of the poeple there, but also the train tracks in the back yard (obviously not a good choice) The caretakers and management company are unavailable almost all the time. I had several issues that needed attention (including no heat at one point) and I could never get ahold of anyone. The most amazing part was that the caretaker actually gave someone else keys to my apartment without even checking with me first!! And the guy was a complete idiot (his parents own the building so he knew he could get away with whatever he wanted). After that I got legal counseling nearby, and I was told they've had many issues with that building's owners/mgmt. I realize housing in Dinkytown is hard to find, but only sign a lease here if you are prepared to lose money and have your privacy invaded.
