Apartment Review for Chrisland Propertise - Minneapolis, MN

Lived here the past year. The apartment complex itself looks good on the outside. On the inside it was okay other than when the neighbors decided to start putting their garbage in the halls instead of outside.

The apartment manager for the past year was lazy. She was impossible to reach and never available. She never vacuumed the floors. There were some pieces of plastic from someone backpack that weren't vacuumed for two months. I personally think she had a "side" job and didn't tell Chrisland. I am almost lost a subleaser b/c of her! long story..

My neighbors were pretty quiet, but I know other parts of the building were pretty crazy!!! There are train tracks but those didn't bother me as much as the drunk undergrads who would bust bottles on the apartment steps and leave it there for the tenants to step on. Most of the crazy noise came from the undergrads who were in Dinkytown to do some underage drinking and not tenants in the complex.

If you want heat in the winter... good luck here. When everyone is gone for X-mas break... the heat is non-existent. They refuse to acknowledge that their heating system is not efficient/sufficient. We also had water problems and were without water for four days (not consecutive).

The apartment I had was really nice despite these other problems and that was the only redeeming quality plus some friends in the apartment.
