Apartment Review for Chrisland Propertise - Minneapolis, MN

This place was absolutely disgusting from top to bottom. Water stains not taken care of, bug infestations that went without care. The care takers were decent but the manager of the building cares solely for the money. Any complaints listed management will try to blame them on you even if they are clearly to blame (not spraying for bugs adequately, security doors left broken for days, lights in hallways left dark for days, off smells in most of the building). If you're a U of M student you're used to being a number.. you shouldn't have to be a number (your rent check) when you get home. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy. Poor lighting, near the rail road tracks, no security updates of the neighborhood. General lack of concern of well being for tenants. My unit was poorly maintained by management for my time residing there, all of my concerns were ignored (smells of mold, concern over open security doors, water spots). Basically if you want a headache every day live at Chrisland. It was a poor decision on my part. Don't give them your money. Find a place that will treat you better.
