Apartment Review for Como Apartments-Mailand Management - Minneapolis, MN

Great apartments for college students. Rent is very affordable. Across the street from Van Cleave Park and near dinkytown. (5min walk to dinkytown, 10min to University). However, maintainance is very poor. There is ALWAYS a busted washing machine or dryer, a light(s) out in the hallways, grass is rarely mowed, and GOOD LUCK! replacing carpeting or appliances when necessary. Management is very slow in responding to complaints. Also, there is no security entrance or seperate apartment buzzers. Assigned parking.
