Unsafe, horrible place to live..

This place is horrible. Management does not care about it's residents. The buildings are never clean. Everything is old and barely works. Heaters don't keep the apartments warm. With the heat on high the temp never goes past 56 degrees. There are cockroaches. Parking sucks as well. Basically this place is a hole. Management raises rent and doesn't fix or upgrade anything. Don't live here..  Need to rent an apartment?
