Apartment Review for Copenhagen Enterprises - Minneapolis, MN

I live at their 3rd Ave S location - and honestly, for the cheap rent, it isn't that bad. Sure, it's noisy and not well-insulated, but these buildings are OLD. The apartments are pretty cute though, and I haven't had a problem with my neighbors or the neighborhood. Management has always fixed things for me very promptly (even re-piped my bathroom b/c the water pressure was bad), and the office staff is always very friendly when I call. Rent is cheap, so if you're looking for a place for less than $550/month, these can't be beat.
