Apartment Review for Copenhagen Enterprises - Minneapolis, MN

Unit was infested with spiders - I was bitten several times. There was also a squirrel living in the wall of my pantry. Office staff claimed the issue was my fault. People in the unit below mine were smoking crack - management would do nothing about the issue & was insulting. After moving out, I was assessed for damages to the unit that were included on the check-in list. I was finally able to get all but $15 of my deposit back by threatening conciliation court. Keep pictures and copies of all documents!
