Apartment Review for Copenhagen Enterprises - Minneapolis, MN

NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN! I was physically threatened and verbally assaulted by the maintenance person who works for Copenhagen Apartments. I made three separate complaints and I was given a Notice to Quit. This means they would not re-new my lease due to making a complaint against an employee. They enter your apartment with out permission or notice. READ the LEASE, they are requiring renters insurance for apartments with major damage and have clauses so they are not held accountable. The roof is HIGHLY unstable. They will not fix leaks in the ceiling for years then claim it's an emergency to fix so they can enter your apartment when ever they want. Women should not live alone in this apartment complex.
