They will charge you $35 per room + $25/ hour for dust, and the same additionally for dirty baseboards, despite ordinary wear-and-tear being covered by property managers in a typical lease agreement. The landlord is also spiteful, as she threatened to tow our Uhaul at 5pm on the last day of our lease, even though we technically had until midnight that night according to our agreement.
