Apartment Review
A diamond in the rough?

It's more like a cracked fragment of cubic zirconia.

This place has great curb appeal and location, but once inside, if you really look, you'll see the cheap construction, appliances, and management. If you move in, you can witness it first hand on a daily basis.

" I compare the construction to the old construction in the Steven's Community, it's just "newer" looking and a quieter location. " The bargain-basement construction of the building provides great opportunity to hear your neighbors pound their feet and scrap their chairs across the floor. And management does little to nothing about complaints. Even when contacting the central building management. "  Overflowing trash receptacle on a weekly basis. not to forget the pigs that leave it outside their doors and in the stairways. "  The public washer/dryer poorly work and the dryer door will oddly "pop" open, leaving your clothes undried. " Management is rarely ever in the office until the posted times. if they close at 6pm you better get there at 4pm vice versa for when they open. The management is unconscious to the needs of the people that support their very jobs. They talk very generally and won't give specific's. Typical sales people I guess. " Maintenance takes forever to fix a claim ticket (leaky toilet) and you'll have to have them back to fix the problem 2-3 times, it still leaks and then you give up. For well over a year they have never replaced the central air conditioner filter. I've had to vacuum it out myself once a month. it should be replaced on a monthly basis. The kitchen sink faucet continues leaks as well. Bedroom blinds still don't open. The closet shelving is supported by only ONE support. " People will park in your reserved parking space. " Management will change snowplow times, same day, and only put a notice on their door. You will get towed! "  My bike and several others' were stolen, locked up, in the "secure" parking garage. BEWARE!

There are other, real values, to be had. Keep looking and do yourself a favor. Keep your sanity... Move on...
