Apartment Review for Fair Oaks - Minneapolis, MN

The neighborhood is quite unsafe. I often had beggers or suspecious people trying to sneak in to the apartment. The rent is nice and cheap though. The staff is a bit shady. A few of the tennents have had some odd run-ins with the maintenance workers. The floors were nice and redone. The managament tended to be late with bills, notices, etc. The indoor parking is nice, but the stalls are pretty cramped.
