I was verbally told something completely different than the lease stated. In addition, I fully complied with the lease and they still charged me for an additional months rent. They also tried to charge me for damaged carpet that was completely ruined when I took possesion (they later reversed this charge). These people are complete scum that will shaft in any way possible.  Need to rent an apartment?
