Apartment Review for Irving Properties - Minneapolis, MN

I live in a charming 3 unit in Marcy Holmes. The off street parking is nice, I rarely hear my neighbors, and the apartment itself had few problems. However, when there was a water leak in the basement Irving put a whole in our living room wall and neglected to fix it until multiple months later. This was after having found more than one mouse in our apt. Also, the windows in almost every room were unusable as the tenets before us "broke" them, yet Irving still hasn't fixed them. I can't wait to move out!!!
