Rented an Uptown apartment in a "charming" old building. No working outlets in bedroom. Jim promised to fix them but never did. Stove was defective, never replaced. Very little heat in winter, although they turned it on when showing the place to a new tenant. NEVER cleared the snow from the driveway or parking lot. NEVER cleaned the outside stairways. I couldn't wait to move.DO NOT rent from this company.  Need to rent an apartment?
