Apartment Review for L Reardon - Minneapolis, MN

This was one of the best apartments that I have lived in. Just 1 block from Hennepin on 28th Street in Uptown, the location is wonderful! There is a parking lot in the back with assigned parking (1 spot per apartment). The building is small enough that every tenant knows at least the faces of the other tenants...it feels very, very safe. Everyone is helpful and the caretaker, who lives on-site is INCREDIBLE!! He is right there is you need him, he is a super nice guy besides. The apartments are a little small for the price...but you are paying for location-great neighbors-PARKING (which is hard to come by in that neighborhood)and a kick ass caretaker.
