Apartment Review for Laurel Village - Minneapolis, MN

I lived there for a year and was broken into at one point during my stay. The appearance from the outside seems nice but the appliances are extrememly old and break down regularly (including a flood in my apartment). The property Manager was extremely rude and Unhelpful with everything I spoke with her about and aside from the secretary most people were rude. They have news letter and other things that they are constantly stopping by your door or coming in while you are away, and the security gaurds are nothing more than a waste of your money since there isn't actually any sort of security for the traffic coming in and out. I would never stay here again and encourage others to do the same!
