The best think about these apartments are the people. It's a nice mix of young (college age) to old (retired with grand kids) and everything in between. Throw the great building manager and staff in there and you've got a great place to live. Electric and heat is included in the rent, and there is off street parking available (some covered, some not) for a little more money.  Need to rent an apartment?
