Apartment Review for Park Apartments - Minneapolis, MN

I lived at 201 West 15th Street for a year. Don't get me wrong, I LOVED the apartment. Black& White tile floors in the bathroom & kitchen, beautiful woodwork, huge walk in closet. As far as I remember the unit was in good condition and the building was in good condition as well. Although, on one occasion, my power had been out because I accidentally blew a fuse. It had been out for an hour so I called the Park Apartment office and asked them where the fuse box was so I could flip the fuse, they told me it was locked up. So then I asked them if they could unlock it and flip the switch. They said they couldn't do this and that I would have to call the electric company. (For a blown fuse?!) So I called the electric company, they said they could do it, it would be a few hours and it would cost me $100. I said $100 just to flip a switch? They said yes, and all they would do is get the key from the park apartments office. So I said no thanks. Called my mom because I was pissed! And then my mom called the park apartments office, gave them hell and then they finally came and unlocked the fuse box and flipped the switch. What the hell?! All of this when they could have done that in the first place. I'm pretty sure the same guy works there- kinda short, thin, pale, dark hair, pointdextery looky. real dorky looking. there's my rant about the park apartments.
