Apartment Review for Park Apartments - Minneapolis, MN

Maintenance is nonexist. The apartments are run down. When I looked at the apartments they showed me a unit. When I moved in they gave me keys to another unit. Bait and switch. The water is frequently shut off. The buildings are hot and noisy. The residents and staff are rude. Most people let their doors slam shut behind them. Rather than throw away unwanted items, people leave them in the hall. The staff doesn't even throw abandoned items away, they just move them to the end of the hall. They charge a fortune for parking but don't enforce permits. Spaces are assigned but staff will park in the spaces rented by residents.
