Apartment Review for Park Apartments - Minneapolis, MN

I have been living here at 1430 spruce pl. Minneapolis minnesota, 55403 it's been a nightmare! I have never seen such shadey rental people in my life. I have been here for a little over a month and just now I have been told that there is a bike storage unit on the premises (only after I informed the office that my bike had been stolen from outside) it was locked securly to a pole outside. why? wasn't I informed of this when I moved in? other things: ~the outside front door does not always close from behind you ~the stove in my apartment has lees than a foot from the wall behind you while cooking. ~the widow are very drafty and rattle (When wind blows) ~hallways are impossible to be quiet in. (they echo) ~ area has many sirens due to a fire station next to it ~schoolbell rings every morning @ 7:45am Monday thru Friday ~neighbors are not very friendly, I have only spoke to a few of them and they are usually rude!
