Apartment Review for Roselle Apartments - Minneapolis, MN

The staff are amazing. Ronnie, bless her heart, is probably the kindest person I've ever met. She will advocate for you when you are in a time of need. Maintenance is quick, your issue is resolved within hours unless they have to purchase a part of notify the building of something. Overall, I would - and have - recommend this place to anyone interested in living in the heart of downtown. Yeah parking can suck at times, but thats the price you pay for living downtown. You can purchase a parking permit through the city for $30 per year, versus feeding the meters. The building is very clean and always smells good. I mean you have the occasional smell of someones cooking that isn't very appeasing to ones nose, but that comes with the territory. My carpet was not cleaned when I viewed the place, however they did pull the carpet and put down brand new carpet. Any issue I have had with the apartment was taken care of very quickly. The area is very nice, and I would feel safe walking anywhere downtown alone or otherwise, as long is it isn't dark, however that in itself is just plain common sense. I don't think I've ever seen someone 'gain access' very easily, however I have not been there very long, only a couple months. I've never even seen the police called to this place. It seems like a very safe place to stay, and I am comparing this to the neighborhood a couple blocks up. Overall, a great place to stay. 5 stars from me!
