Apartment Review for Sela Investments - Minneapolis, MN

I have lived here only about 5 months. I have to say that I have never dealt with anything like this in my life. The place has paper thin walls. It has giant prehistoric bugs in it. The heat is atrocious and doesn't turn on unless you crank it to 90 degrees, and then still barely works. Horrible tenants in the building that are loud. Fights, noise in the hallway at least once a week. Now that you know what this place is like on the inside, lets talk about management. First the cleaning crew arrives before 8 in the morning, loud vacuumes, loud crew that doesn't speak very well when it comes to English. Things break and you expect management to fix it. Nope. In the first couple months the heat shut off no heat or hot water for 2 days. Washer and dryer broke, they attempted to fix it, but now even worse. They won't return my phone calls. I sent a check for rent for the next month early after specifically telling them to cash it when it is due next month. Never happened. They cashed it 16 days early. The check bounced and now I have over 2oo dollars in late charges to my bank account. I now have gray hair, and headaches because of the stress. There is more but I feel Ive said enough.
