Horrible odor in apartment building, Great management, we had cockroaches in the building we lived in. We were not especially dirty. They were prompt to take care of the roaches. Not a great place to live. Beating of a man in the parking lot, many cars had been broken into in the lot.  Need to rent an apartment?
