Although there are few amenities such as swimming pools and workout rooms the office staff more than makes up for it. Everyone is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to fix any problems you may have. All maintenance requests are done the same day(unless you ask for something at 5 pm etc). The best part is when you move out you get your deposit plus 1% interest!  Need to rent an apartment?
