Apartment Review for Stadium Place Apartments - Minneapolis, MN

Nice, smaller 2 bedrooms, average 1 bedrooms and smaller 3 bedrooms in this building. 1 & 2 bed apts have hardwood floors. The location is very convienient to 35 & 94 as well as downtown and the metrodome. The building allows dogs and cats. It also has a fenced courtyard in front with grills, tables and a bike rack. Rents are average. There is a small lot for off-street parking, overflow has to park on the street. Fellow tenants are very friendly, during the summer there's always someone grillin'. Most tenants are in college, or recently out...a few are older. I would stay, but I'd like to walk or bike to work--it's too far from here.
